Project Overview

This project was completed on an existing campus and consisted of a 118,500 SF, three-story expansion of the independent living facility. With an additional 45 apartments, the expanded space also includes administrative support space, a community meeting facility, a casual dining facility, and other common areas. Site development included surface parking and underground parking beneath the new building. Extensive renovations to existing facilities were completed in multiple phases without any impact to residents.
