Project Overview
This multi-phase project created 14,400 SF of three (3) SCIF spaces with the remaining non-SCIF areas being office, gym, and general areas. The SCIF included high-bay simulation labs with a gantry crane, control rooms, network and crypto network rooms, offices, and conference rooms. This project is in accordance with ICD 705 requirements and incorporates TEMPEST shielding.
Self-Performing ICD 705 Requirements
Danis self-performed the TEMPEST shielding components of the project, which involved precision installation of RF foil wrap on walls, ceilings, floors, and STC/RF shielded doors. Beyond the critical SCI-related aspects, our proficiency extended to a wide array of common self-perform disciplines, including framing, drywall, ceilings, demolition, concrete, miscellaneous metals, doors, frames, hardware, and general trades. This comprehensive skill set underscores our teams' ability to manage intricate security measures alongside our innovative construction processes, allowing for seamless integration of TEMPEST requirements.
