19,200 SF (raised floor area) Tier 2 data center built within an occupied 82,000 SF building. A 7,500 SF central utility plant addition services the data center.

Project Overview
The data center features a sophisticated building automation system, electrostatic discharge flooring, and a dual-interlock pre-action sprinkler system with aspirating smoke detection. This LEED Gold project involved installation of 123 miles of structured cabling.
