Innovative Services
Danis utilized our Integrated Team Approach (ITA), from concept through construction. Early integration of Target Value Delivery allowed us to meet Mercy’s business case, focusing on budget and program. Leveraging Advanced Work Packages and Design Assist Partners allowed for early procurement and cost certainty.
We deployed an Onsite Industrialized Construction Center (ICC), resulting in a five (5) month schedule savings and 81% improved workforce utilization.
It's something that I now showcase when I talk about how you can take innovation and you can take collaboration and bring it to the next level. The ICC really did that for our project.
