Project Overview

Relocation and renovation of a 50,000 SF facility for the Cellular Manipulatio's Lab and Vector Production facility.  This will allow the owner to better fulfill the mission of creating and manufacturing cutting-edge novel therapies.  The new state-of-the-art facility will be focused on science, innovation, and discovery.  

The project includes cGMP cleanrooms, systems and testing, labs, advanced manufacturing, office, and warehouse spaces.
